Why does the EnergySmart™display unit sometimes show a different reading to my bill?

The electricity monitor is a good indication of your approximate electricity consumption, but it does not measure your consumption with 100% accuracy. We still use your electricity meter readings to calculate your bills.
We send email and/or SMS text reminders when your meter reading is due. To update your email address, mobile number or other details, log in to your online account.
