I don’t want any charges while I am abroad with my phone, how do I switch off Data Roaming off?

From the Home Screen, select the Manage Connections
icon and select Mobile Network Options and set Data Services to Off when roaming.Alternatively you need to contact O2 Customer Care and get data services turned off on your SIM and then re-instated when you return from your trip abroad.
