I've forgotten my password, but can't reset it via 'Forgotten Password'. Why is this?

- If your username ends in @o2.co.uk and you try to go through the 'Forgotten Password' process, you'll get a message saying "Details not Found". Try again but drop @o2.co.uk from your username e.g. 'youraccount@o2.co.uk' would need to be replaced with 'youraccount'. This should get you through.
