what’s happened?
We’ve made some changes to some of our talk plans from 1 April 2011.
We’ve listened to what you, our customers, have said and have decided to make some changes so that what you get from us is even better.
You’ll see changes to:monthly line rental prices and out of bundle rates
some of the cheaper 24 month plans
how additional benefits are added
we've also:introduced a new £1 daily data cap
refreshed the Panther plans and brought out a new WiFi app
removed 18 month Sim only plans

who does this affect?
These changes only apply to you if:You’re a brand new customer who has joined Orange on or after 1 April 2011.
You upgraded your phone or device on or after 1 April 2011.
You asked to change your talk plan on or after 1 April 2011.
what do I need to do?
Nothing at all! We’re just letting you know that we have made things better for you.
