How do I get Best Plan?

Once you've been with us for over six months you will be eligible for a Best Plan review. No need to sign up or register as you will automatically receive the Best Plan service and a text will be sent to you letting you know when your review is available.
You can manage your Best Plan recommendation online at Your Account, or you can discuss with Customer Services on 150 from your mobile or 07973 100 150 from a landline.

Please note: Best Plan isn't available to iPhone customers, we're hoping to make it available soon.
