    • Before changing your 4 digit ID you need to be aware that:

      • Only the account holder can change the 4 digit ID.

      • The ID 0000 is not allowed.

      There are 2 ways that you can change your 4 digit ID:

      • Online at Your Account, once you’ve logged in click on ‘change your details’ and then ‘change your 4-digit ID’.

      • By calling 450 from your handset or 07973 100 450 from a landline and speaking to a Customer Services agent (call charges may vary).
