Before changing your password you need to be aware that:
Only the account holder can change the customer services password.
Changing this password won't affect the password you use to sign in to Your Account online.
Passwords should be at least 6 characters long, with no spaces, containing numbers and letters only.
There are 2 ways that you can change your password:
Online at Your Account, once you’ve logged in click on ‘change your details’ and then ‘change your customer services password’.
By calling 150 from a handset that is active on the account that you want to change the password on.
