    how do I change my customer services password?

    • Before changing your password you need to be aware that:

       

      • Only the account holder can change the customer services password.

      • Changing this password won't affect the password you use to sign in to Your Account online.

      • Passwords should be at least 6 characters long, with no spaces, containing numbers and letters only.

       

      There are 2 ways that you can change your password:

      • Online at Your Account, once you’ve logged in click on ‘change your details’ and then ‘change your customer services password’.

      • By calling 150 from a handset that is active on the account that you want to change the password on.
