how do I change the date of birth if it’s recorded incorrectly on my account?

If your date of birth was recorded incorrectly when you set your account up then in order for it to be changed you’ll need to send a copy of your birth certificate, passport or full driving licence to:

If you would prefer to fax your documents rather than post them but don’t have access to a fax machine then you can go to an Orange shop and they should be able to fax them for you.
Your request will be actioned within 3 working days of receipt of your letter or fax.
