what happened?
On 1 March 2011 we made some changes to the charges for calling premium rate numbers starting with 09.
These changes apply to every pay as you go customer.
If you called an 09 premium rate number in the three months before 1 March 2011 you'll have received a text message from us to let you know about these changes.
what do I need to do?
Nothing! If you want to know more about the price changes all you need to do is click on the link in the text message that you got from us. You'll be taken to a page that shows you exactly what has gone up and by how much.

The charge for calling a premium rate number starting with 09 has changed to either £1 or £2 per minute. We've made this change to make things simpler for you; before 1 March the price changed massively depending on who provided the 09 service.
