pay monthly Magic Numbers

Magic Numbers are a benefit that allows pay monthly customers on 18 or 24 month Animal or iPhone talk plans to make free calls to their favourite Orange (mobile and broadband wireless and talk) numbers. You’re allowed to add one new number every six months, providing you remain on a package that supports this service.

Magic Numbers are subject to a fair usage policy of 3 hours per day per Magic Number.

Once registered, the Magic Number will remain on your account indefinitely, unless you:

• Move to a non-eligible talk plan or contract length

• Transfer your account into another name

• Move to pay as you go

• Disconnect

There is no limit to the amount of Magic Numbers you can have on your account so the sooner you nominate your first Magic Number, the better it gets!

A Magic Number can be removed from your account if the number is changed, moved to another network (so is no longer an Orange number) or if the number is barred for any reason. If this is the case then you’ll receive a text saying:

Hi from Orange, 07xxxxxxxxx is no longer available as a Magic Number. Go to www.orange.co.uk/youraccount/ to replace it

If this happens then you can immediately register a new Magic Number and it won’t impact the date you can add the next Magic Number.
