      If you're not a registered customer, or you want to top up someone else's phone you can make a one-off top up by credit or debit card 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Simply click here

      If you have a voucher you can top up any Orange pay as you go phone by clicking here

      Please note: We currently do not accept foreign credit or debit cards or UK cards registered at foreign addresses. 

       

      how you sign up


      When you sign up to Your Account for the first time, you'll need to have your phone with you and your 4 digit security code to hand (check your inbox for a text we sent you on the day you bought your phone). 

      If you can't find it, don't worry, simply call 450 from your Orange phone (or 07973 100 450 from any other phone) and we can reset it for you.

      Your Account is our secure online service for managing your mobile account. So not only can you top up with credit/debit card or a voucher, but you can also:

      • view your usage history for the last 30 days

      • get free texts or minutes by choosing an animal package

      • get more cheaper texts or minutes by buying an Extra

      • get an hour's worth of calls for 20p by setting-up a Magic Number
