    • The analysis date is the date in which your top ups for the previous month are analysed so that we can give you the right reward based on your total top-ups.

      Here are a few things to remember when you are considering moving to another package:

       

      • If you migrate from a reward based package to a non-reward based package e.g. Racoon, you will keep the existing reward bundle until it is used up or expires.

      • If you migrate from a reward based package to another reward based package on monthly analysis, you will keep the existing analysis date and reward bundle until it is used or expires. The new reward will be received within 72 hours of analysis date, providing you meet the minimum top-up requirement. The exception to this is the Monkey package, where we will re-analyse and give the you a new reward within 72hrs. All old rewards will remain until used or expired.

      • If you migrate from a reward based package to another reward based package i.e. Canary to Dolphin, on daily analysis (if you haven't topped up in the month or you are a new customer), the new reward will be received within 72 hours after you meet the minimum top-up requirement for your new package.
