Your HD recorder hangs up.

You have to reset your HD recorder.

Press the stand by button on the front panel until PHILIPS is shown on the front panel display.

  If your Sky Box is not responding, the remote is not working or the picture is frozen, you may need to restart your Sky box.

   

  Switch off your Sky box, TV and DVD or VCR at the mains for three minutes, then switch them on again.

  If you are unable to view Sky TV because are seeing a blank TV screen or cannot see any lights on the front of your Sky box, there could be a problem with the power supply to your Sky box.

  Terrestrial channels are those which are available without a satellite TV connection, such as BBC1 and ITV. All terrestrial channels are available through your Sky box.

   

  If you are unable to view terrestrial channels, you might need a TV aerial. If there is no TV aerial in your property and you require one you will need to contact a local TV retailer.
