Why can I not schedule an instant recording (One Touch Recording)?

The instant recording request conflicts with other already schedulded recordings.
The hard drive disk is full and reported by the top right red bar in the recorder screen visible after pressing LIB (HDD) key on the remote control.

My recordings are able to be set and happen but they are no longer show in the library. Why ?

Why I can't record radio channels using the manual timer ?

Don't want to miss your favourite shows? You can record them on your Sky+HD box by following the steps below.
- Press the Record button on your Sky remote control twice to record the programme you're watching.
- To record a programme that’s being shown in the future, press tv guide then press select.
- Use the arrow buttons to highlight the programme you would like to record, then press the Record button.
- When scheduling a recording, the Series Link prompt will allow you to choose whether to record a single episode or the whole series (if Series Link is available on that programme).

Recording radio channels

It's easy to record radio channels with Sky:
- Use the up/down arrows to browse through the channels shown in the Now, Next & Later banner. Radio channels appear with a speaker symbol next to them.
- Highlight the radio channel you want to record and press the Record button.
- The Manual Recording screen will appear.
- If you need to, change the Channel Number/Name with the left/right arrows or by keying in the number.
- Use the up/down arrows to highlightDay and use the left/right arrows to choose the day of the recording.
- Use the up/down arrows to highlightStart Time and key in the start time of the recording with the number buttons on your remote control. Use the left/right arrows to choose AM or PM.
- Press the down arrow to highlight End Time and key in an end time as described above.
- Press the down arrow to highlight Frequency and use the left/right arrows to choose how often you want to record the channel.
- Press the yellow button to confirm the recording and add it to your planner.

Playing back your recordings

Have you recorded programmes with your Sky+HD box but aren't sure where to find them? Follow the steps below to access and play back your recordings:
- Press tv guide on your Sky remote control followed by the green button to access your planner.
- Use the up/down arrowsto highlight the recording you want to view.
- If you've used Series Link to record a number of episodes from a selected series, they'll be grouped together in your planner in a Series Stack under the name of the programme.
- Press select to view the programme information, and select again to start viewing.

Remote Record

Stuck at the office or out with friends? You needn't miss out on that crucial episode or latest must-see movie. If you have a Sky+ or Sky+HD box and subscription, Sky's Remote Record service lets you record your favourite programmes wherever you are, by going online or using your smartphone. What's more, if this programme is part of a series you can also set up a Series Link, ensuring you never need to miss an episode of your favourite show again!
Online Remote Record
- Go to sky.com/tvlistings to see our online TV Guide.
- Browse or search the listings to find the programme you want to record.
- Click the programme title and select Remote Recordor Series Link.
- Sign in using your Sky iD when prompted.
You can make up to 10 online Remote Record requests per day.
Via your smartphone
- Download the free Sky+ App from the Apple App store or Android Market.
- When you use the App, sign in using your Sky iD. This will link the app to your registered Sky+ or Sky+HD box.
- Browse the TV guide and, when you've found a show you want to record, select it to Remote Record it.
- Your Sky+ or Sky+ HD box will record that programme when it airs, and you'll see it in your planner when you return home.
Please note that while Sky doesn't charge you for recording requests, mobile network and/or WiFi charges may apply.
To make sure you don't miss out, we recommend that all Remote Record requests are made at least 30 minutes before the start of a programme.

Pause and rewind live TV

Pausing and rewinding live TV is handy if you're interrupted during a programme - you never need to miss a moment of your favourite TV again!
Pause a programme you're watching
Press pause on your Sky remote control. When you're ready to come back to it, press play.
- To go back and watch an earlier moment of a programme, press rewind.
- When you reach the point you want to watch, press play.
- Remember if you rewind for 30 minutes, for example, your Sky box has to have been showing that channel for the last 30 minutes.
- When playing back a programme in this way, you can pause, rewind or fast forwardwithin the programme.
- If you rewind to the start of the section, the picture is frozen at that point.
- If you fast forward to the end, you'll rejoin the live schedule.
- To go back to watching live TV at any point, just press sky or the stop button.
While you're watching the programme behind scheduled time, you can use the Now, Next and Later banner as usual, but if you change channels, try to see full channel listings or use interactive services, you have to go back to live TV. You can then rewind or pause again.Saving after pausing or rewinding live TV
After pausing or rewinding live TV, if you haven't got time now to watch what you missed, you can save the programme to your Planner to watch another time:
- After rewinding or pausing live TV, press the Record button on your Sky remote control twice to record the programme you're watching.
- The Record symbol will appear next to the programme and the recording is stored in your Planner.
You can also change how far back you can rewind live TV on a channel you've been watching by setting the instant rewind limit:
- Press services on your Sky remote control and you will see the main menu with Optionshighlighted.
- Press select and the Sky+ Setup menu will be highlighted.
- Press the down arrow to highlight Instant Rewind.
- Use the left/right arrows to choose your instant rewind limit (choices are OFF, 5, 15,30 or 60 minutes).
- Press the green button to save your new settings.
- Press sky to return to normal viewing.

Series link help

With the Sky+ service you can record up to two programmes at the same time on your Sky box and you can also record selected series in their entirety. All Sky+ features are available on your Sky box with the relevant subscriptions.
To record- Press the Record button on your Sky remote control twice to record the programme you're watching.
- To record a programme that’s being shown in the future, press tv guide then press select.
- Use the arrow buttons to highlight the programme you would like to record, then press the Record button.
- When scheduling a recording, the Series Link prompt will allow you to choose whether to record a single episode or the whole series (if Series Link is available on that programme).
With the new Mini TV you can now also go into your Sky+HD Guide and record programmes from the TV listings without interrupting what you're watching. Highlight the programme you want to record and press record on your Sky remote. The record icon will then appear next to the programme title in the TV listings.
Press record twice to save what you're watching.
