Changing the number of rings before divert to voicemail
-
You can set your ring time to 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds.
- Tap **61*121*11* into your phone as if you're making a call.
- Next enter a time between 5 and 30 (the number of seconds in multiples of 5)
- Press # and then the call button. Don't put the phone to your ear - just look at the display until you see a message confirming your ring time has been set.
This will only work if your mobile phone's on the Vodafone network and you have voicemail set up. To check if you do, tap in 121 and press the call button. If you don't have Voicemail, you'll hear a message asking if you want it to be connected.

What is Visual Voicemail?
-
Visual Voicemail allows you to see who has left you a voice mail, when the message was left, delete a message, view contact information and call the person back without having to listen to the message first.
Visual Voicemail allows you to go directly to any of your messages without listening to the prior messages; so you can quickly select the messages that are most important to you.
You can access visual voicemail on the iPhone by tapping the phone icon then voicemail. If you have any new Voicemails it will indicate how many before you tap in a small red circle to the right of the icon.
When you’ve accessed voicemail you’ll be presented with a list of voicemails that you have stored. A blue dot to the left of the name / number indicates an unheard message. You can play, pause, delete and rewind messages from this screen.
Please note: Visual Voicemail and call merging are not available with Pay & Go.
