If the amount showing on your bill is not what you expected, this could be due to changes in the period your bill covers, or one-off charges. If your first bill is higher than you expected, this could be because it includes your first full month as well as the period between your first billing period and the day you joined Sky. If you've been with Sky for some time and your latest bill is higher than previous ones have been, this may be because an offer has come to an end, or because of one-off costs such as Sky Talk call charges or Sky Box Office events you've ordered. More information is included in the relevant help sections lower on this page.
