  • Question

Why can I not upgrade my product via USB (USB key content not recognised, HD recorder not starting ...)?

    • Answer
    • Check that the upgrade file has a ".bin" extension.

Check that the upgrade file is the only file at the root directory of your USB key.

Make sure that the USB is formated to FAT32

Try with different USB keys if possible

We advice to use the USB connector at the back of the product

Alternative method to force the upgrade of your receiver:

      • connect the USB key to the HD receiver
      • power off your receiver
      • press P+ and P- front keys simultaneously while  powering on your HD receiver until "software update" displays
      • then follow on screen instructions
