Is there a new Software version available for my product ?

The latest Software (and details about the improvement included in this version) are available via the "Software and drivers" link that is part of the "Product support" item list on the left part of this page.
With this file you can upgrade yourself the receiver via its USB connector.
Time to time the ugrade is broadcast and available via Over the air Download.The dates of broadcast slots are visible on the DTG Website at http://www.dtg.org.uk/industry/download_schedule.php

Why can I not upgrade my product via USB (USB key content not recognised, HD recorder not starting ...)?

Check that the upgrade file has a ".bin" extension.
Check that the upgrade file is the only file at the root directory of your USB key.
Make sure that the USB is formated to FAT32
Try with different USB keys if possible
We advice to use the USB connector at the back of the product
Alternative method to force the upgrade of your receiver:
- connect the USB key to the HD receiver
- power off your receiver
- press P+ and P- front keys simultaneously while powering on your HD receiver until "software update" displays
- then follow on screen instructions

I have loaded the software version 6.20 but I have an issue with the audio. What should I do ?

We confirm that there is an issue with the audio : On HD services, there is a stuttering of audio on all outputs.
We have removed the file from the website and we are working on a new one.
As soon as the new software version will be available, we will inform you on this page.
