    What does it mean if I see the message "Server Error 500"?

    • This is a message from the BT Yahoo! Mail server. Usually it's only about a temporary problem. If you see the message, try what you were doing a second time.

      If you get the error message again, please check the Service Status to check that the problem is not a temporary fault affecting BT's mail servers. To do this you should visit the BT Broadband Service Status page using the link below:
