    Windows Vista - what should I do if my installation CD doesn't automatically open?

    • Answer
    • If the CD doesn't automatically run you'll need to manually open the software on the CD.

      • click Start

      • click Computer

      • locate the Orange icon listed under the heading of 'Devices with removable storage' 
      • double-click on the Orange icon, which should launch the installation

      If installation doesn't start follow the instructions below:

      • right-click on the Orange icon

      • left-click on Open
      • choose the equipment you want to run the installation for:
        • USB modem -  OrangeBroadband.exe

        • Livebox - Setup
        • Orange Wireless Router (Siemens) - Setup

      • Windows will prompt that 'An unidentified program wants access to your computer' - select Allow
      • the CD will load and an installation window will now appear, you can continue with installation
